I am a 64 r old woman who has had what seemed like very thick hair all my life. In reality I had thin hair but a lot of it. Then started noticing my bangs were getting thinner and thinner and hair in the sink and shower, the a LOT of it, then on my head thinning spots. Great resource, I bought this for the reviews I do at work and it has been a huge help, you just have to tailor it for your industry. It's a one size fits all for appraisals but it does truly fits all sizes. Highly recommend this book. If you're in a Management position and perform appraisals, evaluations, reviews for your staff, this book is a must.

Helps keep you healthy. And builds my immune system and helps purge any toxins in my body along with lots of water.

Definitely not worth the price tag. I am a former Oxy Elite user and my search for a product that is its equal continues. I used this as recommended and my energy level didn't change at all. I had hoped that maybe it would just take a few days so I continued to take it. I have gone through the entire bottle with no results.
