  • Edward Ignash - I would not recommend this to anyone and also should be given a ...

I deserve a return on this product. You would not believe what this software did to my machine, in fact I cant remember all of it. It would not recall backup list to return computer to earlier condition. It changed settings in my bios. When I browsed for back ups it found them but said they could not work. Thank god I left one back up from a ghost program and booted to disk and was able to restore. I would not recommend this to anyone and also should be given a refund. This was one heck of a waste of money, and witjhout that ghost file would have been a total disaster. Also I just remembered I could not read anything that came to me in PDF mode

  • Myron Rigsby - Rip off

Supposed to be a game for a PC, but playing requires knowing numerous key strokes that are not explained or laid out. Tried first tutorial. Had to keep trying random key strokes trying to make program advance; no logic to how keystrokes worked. Gave up in utter frustration. Cannot return; cannot play. Rip off.

  • M. Steen - Not What I thought I'd ordered

I've used Deluxe for years and like it. However, I thought I was buying the package with the state program included, didn't discover my mistake until I began to use it. Now, I'm really messed up. The state program is relatively expensive (more than I can afford on top of this purchase), and if I e-file using what I purchased, I can't use any of the available free file programs to file my state because they all require filing both federal and state at once. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED!

  • Kyle Swenson - Office 2013 is very nice.

I like the product, and the new ui. Looks very nice. It is very similar to office 2010 but with a few new options. I like the new templates for excel and word.
