This was my first cleanse. I'd begun two others but never finished them because I didn't know what I was doing. The booklet provided is very helpful, I take it to the grocery store, it's in the kitchen with me, etc. It contains a specific list of the foods you can have, recipes that are tasty (lentil soup is great), an explanation of what to take and when, and tips for post purification. My chiro recommended this and he is strict. He asked me to stick with the plan that's laid out, without adding any extra protein during the first 10 days like others have said. He said I could add more whey protein powder if needed during the initial 10 days, but that it wasn't necessary otherwise.

I loveeeee these pans! My first set of non-stick pots and pans didn't last a month. They were cheap, so maybe I should have expected that. After doing some research on durable pans, I decided to go with T-fal. They're not as expensive but still efficient. I've been using them for 4 months now. The non-stick is no joke. I'm not the best chef out there, I haven't burned anything on these pans yet, but seriously, nothing sticks on these pans. Everything slides off so easily, it makes for a simple happiness in life. I loathe washing pans because food gets stuck unto them, and it takes muscle and willpower to scrub them off. With these, I just wait for the pans to cool, soak them in warm water (if tidbits of food/grease is really stuck), and just wash no problem, no ridiculous amount of effort exerted. With proper care, I can see these lasting a long while. So happy to have them! And they make learning how to cook more enjoyable.

My son-in-law isn't going to shave until July (he's in a contest with his twin - that will make it 7 months with a full beard). I purchased this for him because I know it will help the itch that has already started to plague him. He says it not only helps with the dryness he is feeling but this oil makes the beard look more full, less straggly.

I purchased this for my 12-year-old daughter, and she loves it. It's soft, comfortable, and fits perfectly. She even loves to sleep in it (which I warn her is bad for the bra, but she insists it's just so comfortable). I would definitely purchase another one in any color. It offers a smooth appearance under her t-shirts and other tops, which is a plus! It's a great t-shirt bra! And the price is great, too.
