I did a lot of research before I bought my next piece of exercise equipment, the rest are in my storage room collecting dust from boredum or just not being satisfied.

As an HR Professional this book was a little disheartening. I used this book as a reference in studying for my PHR exam. It really didnt provide the relevent information I needed concerning the laws and idnt touch much on best practices in my opinion.

Lost my 2013 version when I upgraded. This version is really buggy. I can't use any control-key combinations and even using the Enter key doesn't work. These guys do not respond to help requests either. I was told 13 minues when I left the e-mail. It has been over 48 minutes as I write. (6:45 PM on Friday Jan 3rd, 2014) Whoops! I just got "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later."

I've been using this oil on my Bach Stradivarius trumpet for the last 30 years. Best valve oil I've ever used. Nothing works better!

This mop is terrible! It's the equivalent of a small amount of material knotted together and tied to a stick. In fact, that's not a bad idea and I'm pretty sure it would work better. With the emotional angst taken out: it's light-weight, flimsy and doesn't accomplish its only job; cleaning a floor.

This product makes great cards for all occasions! I give this product an A+! I encourage others to purchase this item!
