UPDATE: After returning this product, I received an Email from the seller expressing their sincere apologies and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a consumer. For this I am extremely impressed! There are not a lot of companies left that will actually go out of their way to make sure YOU are happy!!! After receiving a replacement product, everything is as should be. It charges and takes forever to drain! (still have not fully discharged it!)

Office for Mac has been rather terrible for years but with the replacement of Entourage with Outlook and a fresh Intel-only version I was hopeful that this time it would be better. Wrong! I support around 50 Mac users and many have had endless problems. There's the famous "asterisks" problem, where asterisks replace every character in your entire document right before your very eyes! MS admits they have no answer for this. Then there are the constant crashes, slowness and lag even on brand new machines, saving errors, useless autorecovery and constant, unsolvable Outlook database corruption. Cross your fingers, trash preferences, reinstall, install updates or even reformat - hahaha still broken!

I received this product about two weeks ago, and I must say I think it is wonderful! I have read that some people have a problem with the scent and am totally flabbergasted at that observation, as the scent (to me) is one of the most delicate and unintrusive of any product that I have EVER used! I have oily/combination skin, and the product is quickly absorbed which is a definite plus for me. My skin is also extremely sensitive, and I have had NO negative reactions!! Would recommend this to anyone!!

This is great spray, I use it on my auto garage door. Used it only twice because my door started squeaking and I have not heard one peep since I used it the second time. Good product!

This was a cute story and I enjoyed reading the book. The story took a few turns, which made it interesting. Caitlin has a great way of telling a story and the curse makes for interesting thoughts. I enjoyed reading all of her books.

When I saw Fenix came out with this light using a neutral tint LED, I knew I had to have it! My first LED torch with a neutral tint arrived a few weeks ago, and since then I was hooked. The Fenix PD32UE is just as nice with a perfect tint to show colors properly. This is especially useful outdoors - grass, snow and other objects are no longer blue!
