Pretty good except for the constant questionable updating notices which may or may not be descriptive of an actual operation as evidenced by the alert and the action observed when the visual display is observed.

It stopped "flooding" within 30 minutes. Over the years nothing else worked: prescription estrogen in high doses, birth control pills, evening primrose oil. This works! I hope anyone suffering from flooding for no known medical reason will try this product. It really works. Two capsules in the morning, two at night during menses. The bottle says you can take up to 3 capsules at a time.
