  • cecelia maenza - Waste of a lot of money

    We applied this product to a well-cleaned, not very old, deck as prescribed last summer (9 months ago). It was beautiful, I was so pleased with the outcome. Now, most every part of the deck is peeling off. Lowes reports that there is no guarantee on the product, no money returned. Very expensive, ugly mess!

    I placed an order on 12/01/10. $400 worth of floor mats. After 9 calls and a recording telling me the average wait time is 1 1/2 hours, I have given up. They charged my card, and I have no floor mats. I spoke to a Maria on 12/30/10. She had no clue as to why they hadn't shipped yet. She said she would call me back on 1/3/11. She never called me back. I made 3 more attempts in the past week to call customer service and again: "average wait time is 1 hour 20 minutes". I finally was able to talk to a human being today and he told me they have had phone problems. For over a month? He was very reluctant to issue me a credit and finally he agreed to do so. I am stopping payment on my credit card anyway.

    For any fan of English history, this author provides a rich and realistic history of the man who began the Tudor dynasty. The historical facts are woven into a well crafted story that provides the background for was to be known as "The War of the Roses". Tony Riches has just been added to my favorite author list. I'm looking forward to reading his other books on this subject.

  • Holly - Gave as a gift, she liked it, but missing butter beer so we added it

    Got it for my family member who's a huge HP fan, she liked it. It was missing the butter beer though, so we actually found a recipe online that was pretty good (had to test it first), and photoshopped it onto a page that matched the book, and glued it in carefully, lol. Hey, it worked.
