Stephanie Surprenant - WARNING!

I purchased this software on Amazon and spent several hours on the phone with them trying to fix the glitch. I downloaded but it wouldn't open. After several hours on the phone deleting and reloading with the same results. They couldn't offer an reasonable reason why the software wouldn't work so by midnight, I ended the phone conversation with them and the next day physically went to Best Buy and purchased a similar software b/c they didn't have the exact one. I got the Ultimate Home Design software with a disk and loaded it onto my computer. It opened fine and now I can use the product from Best Buy. I called AMAZON and requested a refund and they told me no refunds! They wanted me to spend more time trying to fix it. NO WAY! I argued that I shouldn't have to pay for something that won't open. They will not refund. I spent $99.99 dollars on a defective purchase and another $$ on a working product. They haven't heard the last from me. This practice is Crooked. I would warn anyone, not to go this route!!
