I love using essential oils in my diffusers to scent my home, and often mix different oils depending on my mood. Others, I mix into a carrier oil, like coconut or almond, so that they can be applied directly to my skin. Essential oils are a great homeopathic means of addressing common health issues in a non-invasive way. The flavor of this product is so good I can drink it without cream or sugar. I normally use both but doctors orders to get off both and she gave me a few packages of this to try. I had one cup each morning and in a couple days noticed I was feeling better it was a subtle kind of feeling better. My mind felt less foggy, I gad more stamina during the day and I'm drinking less coffee over all as well as eating less!
