  • A. Matzen - Seriously good stuff

I am nothing but pleased that I purchased Chi Silk Infusion. It has made it much easier to get through my very thick and curly hair. A little goes a long way for sure. I blow dry my hair usually every day, which means that it does show some damage. But my hair looks super healthy when I use this stuff.

  • Linda Goodin - Would not buy again

Instead of containing the 5 pack of the "Parent Child Testing Product", package contained live bobcat. Would not buy again

  • Clyde Welch - Solid results

I bought these for my wife. She'd been battling physical problems as a result of hypothyroid for years and it finally started to affect her hair. She was really upset and since she's already been on prescription meds, the doctor recommended biotin instead. It took awhile, probably about 3 weeks, before anything noticable changed. At that point her nails were less flimsy and her hair had more shine than in years. The pills were fairly easy for her to swallow, no after tastes and no noticable side effects occurred either.

  • Basil - Excellent for kids

I bought all 3 in the series and my 2 kids love them all. My 5 year old has read each of the books several times and seem to really enjoy them. Great buy for just a buck!

  • Durough - Misnomer

Unless "simplify" means "do more," Bill Hybels' latest book, Simplify: Ten Practices to Unclutter Your Soul, is misnamed. A pertinent title may be Organize Your Life. This is a book for those in middle- to upper-class America who have the freedom, time, energy, and resources to take advantage of all reorganization and life-additions encouraged by Hybels. Much of what Hybels has to offer is anecdotal and does not necessarily follow any principles taken from Scripture (some do, some don't). The main purpose I have concluded is to be taken from the book is to encourage the reader to be organized, follow your dreams, and be happy...with God. God is mentioned a lot, but relying on Him is more of an afterthought in this holistic approach to life, focusing more on happiness for the self and disregarding contentment in God. This is not to say that it's all selfish--there are plenty of sections that pull straight from Scripture in their proper context--but it's really more about being happy and busy with what one enjoys (being uncluttered?) rather than simplifying one's (spiritual) life.

The makeup is not great. I looked in the mirror after I cried and it was literally streaming down my face. I never use my Dinair system bc it is such a pain to take out, use and clean every time. I would like to try mac makeup in my machine and see how that works. Their makeup is pretty terrible.

  • KateP - I just started using a cleaning service and was shocked ...

I just started using a cleaning service and was shocked at how clean they were able to get my old acrylic bathtub and chrome faucet. I've tried everything and finally just gave up on ever removing the soap scum and water marks from the chrome. The cleaning service got my chrome shining and when asked what they used they pulled out their Scour Off. Today they used it to get hard water spots off of my windows and again I cannot believe the results.
