i know this drink works- have used it several times in the past. never used this specific one after buying it (kept it stored and it expired so I threw it away), but I would go with this brand in the feature should I need it. They used to sell this at the vitamin shoppe as well, they still may.

I'm a middle-aged female, classic yo-yo-dieter, and I don't lose weight easily. I started Almased a week ago after seeing an ad in Southern Living magazine headlined "Bikini Emergency Diet." Since I have an upcoming beach trip the idea of losing up to 10 lbs in three weeks caught my attention. I researched both the product and the diet and Almased looked like a healthier alternative to most meal replacement plans so I bought some. After just ONE WEEK (on the "Bikini Emergency Diet") I've already lost the entire 10 lbs I'd assumed would take at least THREE weeks! Almased's website recommends you only do the "Bikini" plan for one week, and they (correctly) call it a "fasting diet." For the entire week you replace every meal (3 a day) with 8 Tbsp. Almased powder blended with 8-10 oz. filtered or mineral water. Between "meals" drink water (8-10 glasses a day) or homemade, strained vegetable broth (2-3 cups a day). That's it. Nothing else. I exercised only lightly and still lost TEN lbs! I have another 30 to lose before reaching my goal weight and a size 6 (which I haven't seen in about 25 years) so we'll see how the long-term Synergy plan works, i.e. replacing two meals a day with the shakes and eating one sensible meal. First though, I think I'll stick to the Bikini Diet for the next two weeks and see if I might can drop another 5 lbs before we hit the beach!

Loved this drink! The taste is so yummy, and it helped curb my hunger too! I am glad I tryed it and will be purchasing more soon!!

This is great it keeps the pet safe and secure but allows them to sit up, lay down or move around in the seat and ride comfortably. They are seatbelted in just like a human.

i've used the Agadir brand of Argan Oil for several years. After combing out my just-washed hair, I put a dime-sized amount in the palm of one hand, rub both hands together, and then rub my hands through my wet hair. My hair is long (down to the middle of my back) and that small amount is all I need. It smells so good. I've smelled other brands of argan oil and never found one that smelled as nice as this one. When my hair has dried, I put a little more on just the very ends of my hair. The argan oil smooths down frizzy hair and makes my hair feel really silky. My hair stylist uses this product in her salon. Can't beat Amazon's price, either!

I love these for my twins, they can sit at the table with us and this chair, vs. other brands comes apart to go in the washing machine. It fits on my table that has a skirt and seems very sturdy.
