    Truly Amazing - went from being unable to walk to the next room without help to walking round the park in two weeks. Within 6 months I was back to full energy and even painting our house having just moved. Can't thank the author enough for writing this! If you have any unexplained lack of energy, digestive issues or just can't lose weight for absolutely no reason this is the book for you. We ate healthy all the time, I used to play two sports to the international level and yet whatever I did my health just went downhill day after day and I gained loads of weight. On this my husband lost 67 pounds and I've lost 34 so far. It's the solution I needed all those years ago and finally I've got it and I'm getting my health back.

    Very Good book. Its easy to read and is very nice to introduce the subject matter. I am supporting with a Bigger book that has more labs but this book does a easy job introducing the subject matter with some basic commands to get some of the configurations done in Server 2012.

    Purchased June 2008. Stopped working Nov 2009.1 year warrantee. Power failure. Used in the kitchen light usage. Unfortunately the power supply is garbage. Red power standby is lit. When attempt to turn it on green flashes and goes dead. Done with Element products.Out $500. Thanx.
