    I am a 21 year old asian female with bleach damaged hair. I tried out different techniques to grow out my hair so I can chop off the damaged part (which is more than 2/3 of my hair). I tried massaging my scalp, consume high protein foods such as beans, milk, cheese, I tried to wash my hair more often at night and so on. But these steps were definitely too slow in the results. I saw this product on youtube and thought why not give it a try? I honestly didn't have much hope for this product but after using this for a week, I saw a dramatic result!

    Other than being expensive, this is an excellent, effective mouthwash that does not burn or taste like an industrial drain cleaner. The upside to the expense is that you don't need to use very much of it, and could even dilute it a bit to make it go farther.

    This item was sent defective. The DVD/CD and the license key was not worked. I had to call Quicken to get it worked after approx. two hours conversation with Quicken Support. On the other hand when I returned this item to Amazon they actually provide me a refund less than half of the price. This product was returned before 60 days. Quicken claims that if you are not satisfied, return the item for full refund. As advertised by Quicken, I should be getting full refund but clearly it is not the case.
