  • Wesley Knight - Satisfied, not excited

Satisfied, not excited. Picture and sound quality are OK not great, no picture in even low light conditions but given the size of this thing out performs pretty well

  • Shon R. Edwards - Horrible software!

I have always had problems with Roxio products. With version 12 Pro, I had problems with it shutting down at 99% being finished, the VideoWave program or whatever it's called shutting down about 50% of the time on a project. When I would do it the second time or third it would finally work. At least it would backup 50 GB of info on a 50 GB Blu-ray blank. Now I tried it with NXT and it backed up 1.5 GB only and told me it was finished!!! I'm through with this product, but don't know where else to go because CyberLink Power2Go also has problems with backing up this data. They're both good for something but not good on the other hand. I don't know where to go now. Maybe back to 12 Pro; at least it backed up most of my 50 GB of data onto a Blu-ray.

  • Grandpa - Not what I ordered

This book came up when i searched for Quicken Essentials which is specifically for Macintosh. It's not about Macintosh. It's about PCs.

  • Sam in NY - Way too hot. Do not purchase. Everything overcooked after 3 hours.

Low heat setting is VERY hot. Everything (chicken, beef, pork) cooks in under 3 hours, sometimes under 2 hours. The "Keep Warm" setting is also too hot. I thought maybe I could cook something for 2 hours and then keep it warm for another 2 and maybe I'd get the equivalent of what "cook on low for 6 hours" from usual recipes might produce; instead, everything was super dry and there were still bubbles coming up, cooking at a simmer, when I had it on "keep warm." That this is a top seller is ridiculous. I can't "SLOW" cook anything, and that fact that keeping it warm continues cooking completely defeats the point of being able to start cooking something in the morning and have it ready much later in the day. Trying to get a refund.
