This is truly a handy reference guide for all general managers and HR professionals. The authors have really made the subject about people instead of files. The chapter on challenges for the future is worth the buying the book for itself.

Great safe. Only one small issue. The holes did not match my 2013 Tacoma exactly, but just drilled them out more to the back with my drill press. Remember this is 12 Gauge steel so use a press if you have one for safety. The instruction provided were perfect in how to remove the console cover. I watched a video on how to install the safe and it did not show removing the cover at all. But the instructions were spot on an only took a few minutes. I will enjoy the peace of mind knowing my valuables have an additional layer of safety.

I ordered this because a few of celebs was advertising this product. So I thought I'll give it a try with my work outs. This does nothing but give you a cool feel to your butt. I gave it 2 months...smh I wasted my money...

Before I bought this product in stores I read the reviews and they were all 4-5 star reviews, so I was like "Yeah! This will definitely work!" My hair is naturally almost spiraled, they're like messy curls that are cute and everything, but I like to straighten my hair a lot. For about 6 months to a year I used this product almost everyday and it worked 30/100. I have a lot of layers so I always try to find hairspray that helps the ends from curling, but this product does not help with frizzing, curled ends, or really anything at all. About 70% of the hair will somewhat stay straight, but Suave doesn't work for my hair either. It also makes your hair very very stiff and feels disgusting unless you brush it out, but then it makes your hair very greasy by the end of the day.

Love this carseat. We have a Diono Radian RXT for our son, and I mostly love it, but was looking for something with an easier/faster install but same safety. Especially for ERF I wanted something that was easy to put baby in and take her out. This car seat is a dream! We love it. It's heavy, but no more than my Diono- but what I really love is how clean it is. I always bust my hands up on car seats during install or moving them- not this one! Every thing is tucked away nicely and there aren't any extra straps hanging around. The plastic out coverings are rounded, which means no scraped fingers or hands. Love that the seats lifts out for easy access to the belt path during install. I can switch it back and forth between cars in record time, with a great install every time. Quick and easy. No rethread harness, but that's not a big deal for us. Especially with how easy it is to do. Tightening the straps RF is simple- my only complaint is the latch to loosen the straps is tucked back pretty far under the seat. I have long fingers and it's still a stretch. Also when baby has on a tank top and her shoulders are exposed, sometimes her skin gets pinched when I tighten the straps (between the strap and the small shoulder cover). This wasn't an issue in her infant seat, but she's pretty chunky, so maybe it could be an issue in another seat?? I'm not certain, but we just take care when fastening her. Overall I adore this seat. Baby girl seems to love it too. She's a larger baby (23lbs at 9 months) but she has plenty of room to grow in it. Our 3 yr old gave it a test drive when we first got it and he was ready to have it for himself. It's easy to install and consistently has a correct fit in the car and on the child.

I am a former distributor. I used to buy Greens every month as a part of the business to stay active. I recently bought this again and have not noticed a difference in my energy level. I do love that there are health benefits to taking this daily. Other than that, no difference felt.
