Hi, I have been considering using this system for many years. I finally decided to order the belt and oh how I wish I did not. I have not seen any results. It is very bothersome to use. They even claim that you can wear it for slimming results, it did not slim my tummy at all. They say you can exercise in it but it is very hard to do because you have to keep pulling and tugging on it to keep it in place. I don't know see how anyone could be giving this product a positive review.....ummm. I would not recommend this for anyone.

The program is sooo easy to use. Imput the hours and the program does the rest. At end of month, all the information is there at your fingertips!

I have had a terrible time trying to find a case for my kindle fire 7. I don't know why amazon can't keep the same size and design so cases are easier to find.
