So frustrated! Can't convert my Quicken 2015 for use in this Quickbooks. Have spent 6+ hours over last two days chasing down solutions. Seems as Treasurer for a non-profit, I've wasted $189. I've used Quicken for 20+ years and successfully used Quickbooks 2005 (starting from scratch for a small business) and 2010 (upgrade for same small business) for years. I've posted in the community support area but no answer as of this writing. Don't think this is the forum for posting the list of solutions/ideas tried and failed. Reluctant to call customer service (based on other reviews) and spend several more hours re-trying what hasn't worked. At this point, it would have been faster for me to manually re-enter the information.

There are lots of positive reviews and a good number of negative reviews, so thought I would add my experience - positive and negative with the product and some troubleshooting tips.

This is the most comfortable mouse mat one can use. I work 8-9 hours at the computer and this item really takes the stress of your wrist. Should be a mandatory item for any one who needs ergonomics to work without pain..
