I have a regular yoga mat from Gaiam and I like that one better. I don't think the extra thickness really helped as much as I had hoped it would. This mat also seems to be more slippery than my other one because I slip ever so slightly while trying to hold some poses. Go with the regular thickness.

This is a hitters ball for sure. It sets very well the indentions on it are awesome. It is a little bit harder than the average rec ball but once you get use to it there is no other ball like this out there.

This was a fairly enjoyable book for most of its length, though nothing really exceptional or particularly creative. The ending was exciting though I felt that there wasn't enough buildup to it. In the end, the protagonist and the mysterious paladin defeat a servant of the evil god Castor. Unfortunately, there is no mention of Castor before this. Having read Tolkien, Terry Brooks and David Eddings and many others, I know that an evil god or wizard is pretty much de rigeur for books of this genre, so I was able to accept that there must be one, but I don't think an author should rely on his readers knowing this. Had Castor been mentioned closer to the beginning, with everyone shuddering at his name, it would have been better.

Great cleaner. Only one I use on my vehicle. Very soapy and washes bugs and dirt off without any effort.

Sage has deactivated the payroll function on software that I own!!! They are now charging an additional $519 for payroll which was included in the software I purchased.

Almased is not awesome tasting, but after a couple of days, I started looking forward to it. I absolutely disagree with the other opinion that it does not blend with milk and. It blends perfectly in skim milk. I drink it twice a day, and I have lost 30 pounds using it as a weight loss AID. Obviously, I am also exercising and watching my diet.

The acting was OK, but the story sucked. You'd think that if they're going to put all that money into a movie maybe the could spend some on the writers. It was basically the same story as the first with a slight twist at the end.
