I lost 11 inches on the 9 day and continued with the 30 day program for the following 4 months. I lost inches, gained major energy because of the high quality dense nutrition you can't get from a salad....and got my life back. Totaled 60lbs lost two years ago. I have no problem maintaining my weight as I drink one or two shakes a day with snacks and clean healthy whole foods for dinner. No desire at all to buy empty calories, sodas, junk food or fast food. Once you detox, eat clean, nasty artificial and processed foods taste disgusting. Isagenix changed my life and how I look at food forever. I am an associate but have no desire to sell or push products. If you follow the plan as closely as possible...you have the ability to be flexible somewhat...oh and you CAN drink coffee on the program....you will be successful.

I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to regulate his/her system. I happen to take one a day, as I want to regulate my system and some what clean it out thoroughly. It's gentle. The capsule seems to breakdown in my system quickly. Once again, it works.

I wanted to love it, but apparently I just do not have the skills to work this bad boy. The first time I tried I thought I would have to cut my hair out as it was so stuck. The next time I attempted to use it I made sure my husband was home in case we had another mishap, which were again plentiful. While I did finally get the hang of it doing the front of my head, in order to do the back by "feel" I had many stuck panic moments and hair ripping. As an aside, my hair is fine and straight and this was able to make my hair wavy, but did not hold the curl for more than a few hours, even with hairspray. I'll keep it for special occasions, but wouldn't recommend it unless you have prior curling experience or lots of time to learn it.

I bought these for an older friend who was lacking energy. They seemed to fill in where he needed, to help raise his daily endurance. I rated the product a four because this is from observation of someone else, not my personal experience. He doesn't communicate very well.

This stuff is expensive. I paid over 8.00 at Safeway per bottle. I just cleaned and re-sealed my porcelin tile floors and was looking for future; this is all I could find. After finishing the floor and it dried, the floor had the same shine as the bare floor! I thought maybe it just needed another coat; but after that one dried it still looked the same. Total waste of money. Bleh.

This tanning lotion helps me to tan faster, I started to see a difference after 2 or 3 uses, but I don't really like the smell. Kind of smells like coffee, but not a yummy coffee smell.
