As a wife and mother, I LOVE this binder. It keeps me in my place, allows me to get dinner ready on time, AND only costs 72% of the more masculine version. Some people might think it's sexist, but sheesh, I'm not binding my feet, just my brain. Extra bonus, if you sit on it just right, it can act as an effective method of birth control! Full disclosure: I submitted this under my husband's account, with his full permission. He is the head of our household, and the owner of the binder.
Small, fits well and has excellent sound quality for listening to music. Hard to keep up with because it doesn't come with any kind of pouch or carrying case. Audio quality when making a call isn't the best on the other end I've been told by those I call, but it's not the worst either. My Plantronics is significantly better for phone calls, but it doesn't support listening to music, The bass is amazing considering the size. Music is clear and crisp. battery life is as they say and charging time is minimal. I've used it when working out a few times and it stay put fairly well until I really start to sweat, then not so much. Great for light physical activity. Overall, I am pleased, consider it a very good buy.
If you're like me and didn't know anyone about Operations Management beforehand before reading this book, you will learn A LOT in a VERY CONCEPTUAL way which will hardwire some of these concepts into you.
I have two earlier versions that I really like but I'm disappointed in this program...it's awkward to use. Too much upgrade was spent on making it "pretty" and not enough to make it user-friendly. There aren't that many new images even though it was promoted as having so much more. I wasted a whole day trying to make a 2013 calendar...following the instructions for changing the date to the letter. I finally had to get on the Internet to find out there is an extra (although critical) step that doesn't appear in the instructions in the Help menu! Every month of the calendar has to be changed manually...instead of automatically changing all the months once the January date is changed. I only ordered the new version because the old ones don't work in my new Windows 7. I actually go back to my old Windows XP computer to use the old programs.
UPDATE - JULY 20, 2013 - I should have known! The first one dropped dead on me after 3 years. I loved it. It just stopped working. I told myself that I have a 30-year-old Hoover in the basement, so this must be an anomaly. I was optimistic that my new one have the bugs worked out. This one dropped dead after 1 year, 5 days, and 15 uses. It works great while it is working. Don't buy it without extended protection. It's junk. It's a shame. I don't know of anything else that will do what it is supposed to do.
Gina has done it again. Another amazing cookbook full of delicious, healthy recipes. We've already started cooking from it. The pictures are gorgeous. I like reading cookbooks as much as using them, and this one is another winner. I started cooking from Skinnytaste.com several years ago while losing weight, and I've stuck with Gina because her recipes are real food that tastes amazing, unlike so many other "diet" foods. Keep it up!
