The program has issues, error messages out of the blue and not sure as to why. It needs work and really not useful in its current form .

This resistance chair is perfect for me, as I have severe arthritis in my knees. It is super study--well made--it's great because it folds up like a regular folding chair for easy storage. I also bought the "short stroke bicycle attachment", but not through Amazon, since it wasn't available there. This is great because I can excersize my knees without putting all weight on them, which hurts. I saw the chair only advertised on TV for $400.00, and it got it for $239.00 from Amazon with NO shipping charge!! The bicycle attachment was $70.00. The whole thing is a great deal and is perfect for people who are overweight, have certain medical problems, elderly, etc.

I bought this because I love other Earth Mama-Angel Baby products (the baby oil and nipple butter). I was hoping to begin using something with more scent on my toddler who has pretty sensitive skin. I felt that this product was a bit drying/harsh to my toddler's skin so wouldn't even try it on my newborn or infant. Sticking to my California Baby Super Sensitive.

An easy, interesting read through random facts for people who like that sort of thing (like me). Most impressive though was how well the book flowed. Each story was connected even though the topics range all over the place and I never felt jarred by a sudden change of subject, nor did the author have to partition the book into topical sections, which is both limiting and cumbersome.

I used this system and followed the directions perfectly. It did nothing for my teeth. The only benefit was I liked the tooth brush. Way too much money for a toothbrush!
