Results were felt first, seen shortly thereafter in the first week. If you use it and take care of it as directed, it works surprisingly well and is a terrific supplement to your normal workout. That's how I've used it over the first 5 weeks or so. Results also felt in doing other exercises and even on the golf course.
We have had our Casper matress for a little over a year now. It is a dream to sleep on. We didn't realize how tense we were until we laid down the first night. Unpacking it was fun - it comes rolled up in a box and "grows" once you open the bag. There was a bit of a chemical smell, but within a couple of hours of opening it was gone.
This smells wonderful and the fragrance is subtle but lasts. It leaves the hair feeling very good (I use the conditioner as well). My long hair was too dry with other shampoos but this is just right. In terms of cost, a little of this shampoo goes a long way so don't need to use much at a time. For a really good shampoo, this is worth it.
Very good read! Plot gives wide range for character development which is largely well done tho only 4 characters are fully developed. The ending demands a sequel and I absolutely would buy it hoping for resolution of unresolved major relationship issues. At times riveting, at times too much time spent on what the character is thinking rather than on what the character is doing. I know it's a good book for me because it ended too soon! I want more!
As a practicing physician I can say that the author added to my body of knowledge on gut health. My main criticism is that she makes a categorical statement that she's never met a healthy vegetarian. I beg to differ. I myself am vegetarian and am healthy. Coming from a vegetarian culture I have many friends and relatives who are also vegetarian and are healthy. And may I remind her readers that The Adventist Health Study is an ongoing observational study that has been documenting the health advantages of vegetarianism for years. The National Geographic in 2007 did an article on 3 pockets of longevity in the world. The 3 locations were Loma Linda, CA with a high percentage of retired Adventists, Okinawans, and Hunzas. Clearly there ARE people who are vegetarian and are healthy.
No problems with the cover itself. I just swapped it for the purple version instead, since purple wasn't available on the day I placed my order. I checked back and saw it was an option, and I'm a purple girl--had to have it ;)
